Welcome to the page of the Yoga Challenge.
The next 21 day challenge will begin in January. The final dates will be announced soon. This challenge will be conducted in English.
This is a beginner level challenge and can be attended by anyone above the age of 7. However, please note that if you have any physical injury, then you may want to check with your medical doctor if you can practice basic yoga.
Yes, there is absolutely no problem. In every class, modifications will be taught so you can adapt each asana to your comfort. If you’re experiencing pain, you can simply skip the physical practice and participate in the relaxation.
Yes, we encourage you to join the sessions to get rid of your pain. For every posture, modifications will be taught so you can practice as per your capability. You will see a huge improvement in your flexibility and pain level with each passing day. We recommend that you double up your mat and have 2 cushions available while you practice with us
We will share with you a self practise guide with all asanas that will allow you continue your practice. You will have access to a large library of self practise videos as well as tutorials to perfect your asanas.

Yes, you can join using your phone. However, it is advisable to join using a laptop for the best learning experience as there might be a chance of you running out of mobile data.
No, this workshop happens in Hindi only as of now. However, the presentation slides are all in English, so you will be able to understand the concepts easily. So, you may still join if this really interests you.
Please do not worry, if you miss any session, it will be revised in the next session. You could also ask on the Facebook Group for notes. Those who had attended the session would be more than happy to share them with you.
Anyone can join this workshop – be it a 5 year-old kid or a 70-year old gentleman! It is for anyone who wants to wake up early and live an extraordinary life
3-Day Juice Fast
This is a 3-day workshop in which we go on a solid-food vacation and consume only fresh juices for 3 days to give rest to our body and detoxify it.
Dates – 30th September to 2nd October

It is essential to do the 3 day fast with us. Only then will you get the maximum benefit from this workshop. This is not meant to be a theoretical workshop.
A fast is a cleansing process. As your body throws out the toxins sitting inside, it is common to experience detox symptoms such as headaches, nausea, vomiting, acidity and weakness. However, this discomfort is only temporary. Once your body is cleansed through fasting, you will experience abundant energy and mental clarity.
You can do a 3-day juice fast once a month on your own. However, it would be best if you do it with the community as our doctor will be available during the workshop.
We recommend approximately 4-5 glasses of vegetable juices per day. Strictly no pure fruit juices.
All online sessions will be recorded. The links will be shared with you and will remain available till Wednesday 10 AM(IST). However, please note – this juice fast is meant to be a live experience and unless there are problems with your network, we insist that you watch it live, instead of watching the recordings.

We understand that you are looking for a 9 day meal plan that you can follow for the 9 days of navratri.
Unfortunately, we do not have a meal plan that we offer for Navratri. We do have the 3 day juice fast that usually comes in between these 9 days.
Going forward we may offer a 9 day program that can be done on all days of navratri.
Also, we do not recommend doing a longer juice fast, incase you were wanting to do the juice fast for all the 9 days. Long fasts should be done under the supervision of a doctor or an expert.
Yes. Doing the juice fast will definitely help you lose weight, but please remember the purpose of the juice fast is internal cleansing and not weight loss.
It is not possible for us to lead an unhealthy lifestyle before and after the 3 day juice fast, and expect to gain health benefits or weight loss in just 3 days.
The right attitude would be to use these 3 days as the starting point of a healthy lifestyle that will provide sustained and gradual weight loss, versus looking for a rapid form of weight loss during a fast.
Many people also gain their weight back after they break the fast, however if you follow a healthy routine after the fast, then the body will gain back healthy weight, without the toxins that you had before the fast.
Breaking the fast is in fact more important than the actual fast itself, and therefore it is very important to understand how to do it properly. This topic will be discussed in detail during the sessions on the 3rd day.

We recommend doing the 3 day juice fast twice a year with us during the navratri festival. The reason is that juice fasting is easier when we do it in a group and also those are the two best times of the year (during change of seasons) to give our body a cleanse.
Yes of course. It is recommended to drink plenty of water during the fast so that we can stay hydrated and thus better detoxification. The only thing to note is that water must be sipped and not chugged.
This is a great question. The better we prepare for the fast, the better our results will be.
For 3 days leading up to the fast, it is recommended to avoid in take of tea, coffee, dairy, alcohol and non-veg foods.
This will give a signal to the body that a cleanse is about to come.
On the day before the fast, we should have a very light dinner (preferably a clear vegetable soup).
Below is a rough list of vegetables which will allow you to make delicious juices for 3 days. If all of them are not available, please don’t worry. Get any vegetables you find, and we will teach you how to juice them.
Shopping List:
1 big ash gourd or 2 small ones
3 drinking coconuts
6 apples
3 beetroots
12 carrots
15 big cucumbers
3 bunches of spinach
2 bunches of mint
2 bunches of coriander
6 pieces ginger
You can prepare juices with any available vegetables. It is not important to drink a specific juice. Please get which ever vegetables are available to you.
Yes of course.
You can make juices using a blender/mixer. Simply add the vegetables and fruits in the blender and then sieve them to whichever extent you feel comfortable. You may want to add some of the fiber back, but if you add back all the fibre it will become a smoothie.
While making juices in a blender, if needed you can also add some water. The quantity can be decided by you depending on the vegetables/fruits you have chosen.
Additionally, it is also possible to fast on coconut water alone.
Having an enema and a wet pack will help you get the most benefits from the fast, but it is not compulsory to have. Incase you do not have it available you can order it by clicking here
It is not important that you have all the ingredients for the juices. Please feel free to experiment with local vegetables that can be juiced.
Is Fasting safe for you ?
The 3 day juice fast is a powerful tool and will help you cleanse the body from within which will support the healing process of your body.
However, if you are currently taking prescription medication, it is required that you consult with your medical doctor and only after you have their approval should you to join the fast.
There are many kinds of medicines which need to be taken after food and thus may cause issues. Also, there are many medicines for which the dosage will need to be altered during the fast, so we do not recommend anyone making these decisions by themselves and only do so under the supervision of a medical doctor or a fasting expert.
Yes, fasting is a powerful tool and will help reduce the sugar levels. However, if you are taking medication, we recommend that you consult your medical doctor prior to joining the fast.
If you decide to do the 3 day juice fast, here are three things to keep in mind:
- Do the smoothie fast instead of the juice fast. We will explain how to go about this during the sessions.
- Minimise the fruit you add to your juice and avoid having coconut water.
- Check your blood sugar levels before taking your medication, there is a high possibility that the sugar levels will drop during the fast

Yes, it is safe to fast during your menstrual cycles. Please ensure you have sufficient opportunity to take rest during the 3 days.
No, we do not recommend a 3 day juice fast for pregnant women or breast feeding mothers.
Even though fasting is beneficial for all age groups, we invite people below the age of 50 to participate in this online juice fast. This is because we are not able to provide the personalised support and handholding that may be required for elderly people who tend to face more detox symptoms while fasting.
No. We do not recommend the 3 day juice fast for people who are going to have a hectic travel routine during the 3 days.
Please note that even though we are just restraining from solid food, the real benefit of the fast is achieved when we have sufficient time to rest and allow the body to cleanse.
So if you will have enough time to rest and you will be able to attend all the live sessions, then please join us for the 3 day juice fast.
Yes!
You may join the juice fast on 2 conditions.
- You are able to join the sessions live on all 3 days. If you have a busy work routine where you are not able to join the sessions, then you will not have all the necessary information to complete the fast in a safe way.
- You are able to take out sufficient time to rest and sleep. These are two important components of the fast. If your work timings do not allow you to sleep by 10 pm, then it is not a good idea to do the 3 day juice fast.
Please note that even though we are just restraining from solid food, the real benefit of the fast is achieved when we have sufficient time to rest and allow the body to cleanse.
If you could request for a work from home option for these 3 days it will make it easier for you to have fresh juices, sufficient time to rest and follow the sessions live as well.
Yes. You may join the juice fast if you meet these 2 conditions.
- You are able to join all 3 sessions live on all 3 days. If your busy routine comes in the way of your sessions, then you will not have all the necessary information to complete the fast in a safe way.
- You are able to take out sufficient time to rest and sleep. These are two important components of the fast. If your busy routine does not allow you to sleep on time before 10 pm, then it is not a good idea to do the 3 day juice fast.

Yes and No.
Yes, because we will share the replay links with you, and even if you are unable to join the sessions live, you can watch the replays as per your time zone. If you live ahead of Indian time (eg. Singapore, Indonesia, Australia), we suggest starting the fast one day later so you will have clear instructions from the start of the day itself. These replays will be accessible from the juiceon page that will be shared with you via email and whatsapp.
And NO, because our medical emergency team will only be available from 8 am to 11 pm IST, and if you are living in another time zone and want any urgent support, it will not be possible for us to provide that support..
So it is completely your decision – if you feel confident of the juice fast and have some experience of fasting before, then please go ahead and join us. If this is your first time, and you are from a timezone that is the exact opposite (e.g. USA) and you feel you might need support in your day time, then it is a good idea to skip the fast.

If you cannot join the sessions live, we do not recommend you join the juice fast.
This is for 2 reasons:
- The sessions are designed to provide you with the knowledge of how to do the fast. If you do not attend the sessions on time, then how will you do the juice fast properly?
- The sessions serve as motivation to continue the fast when the body wants to give up. If you are not attending the sessions live, then your chances of successfully completing the juice fast drastically reduce.
You may be wondering why we provide replays if we want you to attend the session live.
We give the replays for those who are from different time zones so they too can join the fast. We also provide replays for those who are facing detox symptoms and thus need to take rest during the session so that they can watch it a little later at their convenience.
Yes! Of course you can.
It is important to understand that the benefit of the juice fast is gained because we are not eating solid food. The juices are simply to give us energy to sustain the fast. Thus, we could create any kind of juices with the ingredients which are available and permissible for us.
For people following a Jain diet, they could make juices using ash gourd, cucumber, spinach, apples and even have simple coconut water.

Yoga Intense
This is a 14-Day Intermediate Level Yoga workshop which includes asanas, philosophy and sadhanas.
No, this class is for those who have either attended the 7 day yoga workshop or the 21 day yoga challenge with Satvic Movement. You can also attend if you have practised yoga for at least 3 months and are familiar with basic asanas.
Yoga is very beneficial for pregnant women. However, the asanas need to be planned based on the specific trimester. Since we are hosting this workshop online, we are not equipped to provide one-on-one guidance for pregnant women. Therefore, it would be best for pregnant mothers to avoid this workshop.
